We hereby invite you to register for the IPPNW European Meeting for Students and Doctors, taking place in Wroclaw (Breslau) in Poland, September 21 to 23, 2018.

If you are bringing a friend who wants to take part, or you come from a country defined by the ODA as „low income“ (Armenia, Georgia, Kosovo or Moldova), then we can give you a reduced price of 50 EUR. Students and unemployed doctors can pay 25 EUR. All others should pay 100 EUR. These fees cover the conference costs, drinks and lunch at the conference, drinks on Friday evening and dinner on Saturday evening, as well as student accommodation. If you think you can afford more than 100 EUR and help us to support students to come to the conference, then please add a donation.

Do let us know what your dietary needs are, we will do our best to cater for them.
Student accommodation is available in university dormitories. Unemployed doctors can also use these, if they wish. If you want to be in the same
room as a particular person, please state this preference on the form.
For doctors we have booked a contingent at the nearby Hotel Campanile at a reduced price. Please send them a mail (wroclaw@campanile.com) to book and tell them you are with IPPNW and then you can get this price. People coming from non-EU countries will need a visa. IPPNW Germany can send you an invitation to help you apply. Please fill in your passport number for this purpose.
We are still working on the programme and checking with speakers if they can come. But we already have our keynote speaker on The danger of nuclear war and the ban treaty: Selma van Oostward from PAX in the Netherlands and ICAN.
